How long does it take to receive order?

We ship worldwide. Shipping usually takes 3-10 working days (usually 4-6 days). If requested, we can also send with “express” and usually it takes 1-3 working days to receive parcel. If you contact us, we can inform about planned shipping time before purchase. We usually ship by DPD in Europe or Fedex worldwide, but can also check for other solutions for countries. We are located in Europe, Latvia, Riga.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
